Dining Kitchen/Utility

A well equipped kitchen with pine dining table and chairs. Hand-painted shaker style units with matching dresser. Gas hob/electric double oven, integrated fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Slate floor and storage cupboard under stairs. Utility room housing combi-boiler, freezer and washing machine, with hanging space for coats and boot rack.

Bedroom One

A bright room with magnificent views over Coniston Water and towards the Yewdale valley. Double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table.

Bedroom Two

A good sized room with twin beds. Fitted wardrobe.

Family Bathroom

Modern suite with shower over bath and wall taps. Heated towel rail.

Cot and High Chair

Available at a small charge.

Outside

The cottage garden is to the front of the property. It has magnificent views in all directions and remains in the sun for most of the day. There is a good sized patio area at the end of the garden, table and chairs are provided in the summer months. The remainder of the garden is laid to lawn with a range of shrubs and cottage flowers. This is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast and to plan the day ahead or to relax in the evening with a well deserved drink.

Parking

A very quiet access road runs between the cottage and the garden. It is possible to drive up to the house to unload/load but being single track, it is not possible to park in front of the house. A permit is provided for the car park a few minutes walk away.
